I bought a prepaid meter from IBEDC on August 1,2023. It came with 40 units which was consumed by 14th August. Ever since then I have been unable to buy tokens because IBEDC refused to activate the account online despite several visits to customer care and numerous emails. I have been in darkness since 15th August. Pls what can I do now. |
