Let's not even go to military because we would absolutely dominate the whole African continent, na we go dey control this continent....in a period of just 20-30 years after such a country is formed, assuming we find a way to brutally deal with corruption and bad leaders, we would probably be among the top 7 economies....

A country doesn't need to be 600m in population size for it be an economic giant. If there's no proper long-term economic planning, 90% of the population will be in abject poverty. Nigeria of 200m people has about $450B GDP while Singapore of less than 6m people has a GDP of $750B.
