Updated: October 26th Supreme court verdict!

Updated 6th September: PEPT have vindicated this matter

https://www.nairaland.com/7827401/dont-blackmail-judges-losers-should

Came across the above message from Mrs Odili and I read some folks commenting words such "fraudulent result", "wrong judgment", etc.

I ask what "fraudulent result" and "wrong judgment" are these folks talking about?

"Fraudulent Result" that the other two major contestants DIDN'T/COULDN'T contest the Results of the Winner in court?

"Fraudulent Result" that they couldn't provide substantial evidence that they won?

What nonsense are these people talking about?

After social media shouts of some folks about of "Reclaiming of Mandate", we Nigerians were so disappointed that none of the two contestants challenged the total votes count/results.. instead they were chasing so called technicalities: 25%, Guinea citizenship, Certificate, etc

Big Shame on all those claiming "stolen mandate" bla bla!

You guys should stop messing around ok.

Listen no court/Judge handling a case of this magnitude will leave the main matter which is supposed be contesting Results to be looking at immaterial issues.

If the contestants you support CAN'T/DIDN'T PROVE HE/SHE WON AN ELECTION BY TOTAL ACTUAL VOTES counted, then they've failed! You Can't bully or cower a Judge to do your bidding, QED!

Enough of these silly cyber bullying anyone and everyone (Judges, Leaders, Institutions, etc) that doesn't "dance to your tune" ok.

Too bad a lot of people could not see beyond the smoke screen.

Odili has just told you how the tribunal will decide like it or not.
Most of us are so myopic and unable to juxtapose between logics primarily is the reason why we are where we are as a nation and where if cares is not taking we will continue to be till God knows when.

Tinubu is one of the dumbest politician but has somehow craftily shown that he is the smartest but this is a fat lie.

We have allowed emotions to derail our every sense of magnanimity and ability to know the end from the beginning.

Every smart Nigerian knows that it will be easier for a Carmel to pass through the eyes of a needle than for Obi to be the president of Nigeria even if it's glaring that he won.

Except God takes it upon Himself and do something drastic nothing will stop the tribunal from declaring in favour of Tinubu.

Worst is, this will be the last we will hear of Obi.

For INEC chairman to go against the electoral guidelines that election results must be uploaded into the irev in real time is enough evidence to prove that either of the candidate contesting the results declared by INEC as fraudulent and that they won the election. Also they are contesting the certificate of Tinubu who has 2 certificates with different signatures. If we are to go by electoral rules, Tinubu should be disqualified and jail.

Why do you see Obi everywhere? There are two other persons including Atiku challenging the election so why are you obsessed with Obi?

Let the judges dare give a fraudulent judgment and let them see the consequences!

It is funny how the foolish n senseless one claim others are foolish.

Just imagine this idiot that can not prove his principal won an election insulting those that find that outrageous. How do you claim to win what you can not prove with numbers or concrete evidence ?! Why then is Obi n Atiku wasting our time ?

You should all blame yourselves for obi's defeat. You people acted like catalyst against his ambition while thinking you were supporting. If Obi had won the election nothing will stop him from being announced.

The same shenanigans you people pulled off pre election was still repeated post election, even up till today.

It will take Obi good work to regain his political career. Obedients destroyed it with impunity

INEC - independent national electoral commission.

They decided whichever they want. Nobody tells them what to do.

Where are the copies of the certificates? Still living on propaganda even after election

Can you kindly tell me how one can contest the actual result of a Nigerian election where the election umpire itself rigged for the winner? You can only proof there are irregularities which they have done. Is what happened in Rivers alone not enough to cancel the election?

You're being clever by half,, infact not even by half, by a quarter.

We have in this zoo called Nigeria, a system that;

1. Expects you to present witnesses from 100 thousand plus poling units in less than 30 days.
2. The umpire and supposedly neutral body is required to work against the petitioner, presents evidence against it, hides and destroys evidence.
3. The beneficiary of the election fraud which is the president, is sworn in and takes full command of everything for up to 6 months while court proceedings go on (such matters out to be concluded before the swearing in date)
4. Adjornments upon adjornments are made which further depletes the already limited time.

And then you expect any petitioner/challenger to work miracles to make their case.

You must be in delusion.

The corrupt judges still went ahead and pronounce Tinubu the winner, they have not only killed MKO the second time, they have killed their sleep and murdered justice in Nigeria

Mr Revolution, Let me respond to your "ignorant" assertions.

1. INEC has power to decide the means of its operation as deemed fit and based on the circumstance at given time. Also the results from both the irev and collated showed the winner truly won. So that point holds no water

2. As per Tinubu's certificate, CSU has repeatedly affirmed that he was indeed their student and graduated with his certificate to prove. All other info from 3rd party sources remain invalid.

3. The energy you guys put in pursuing frivolities would have been better channelled to proving the votes from the polling units all the way to the top.
