There are two types of cases presented in court by the opposition party, which are; (1) election petition cases (2) cases that has to do with the 1999 constitution.
At the end of the day, the judiciary will either confirm the 1999 constitution in passing their judgement or modify it into the 2023 constitution in passing the judgement. It's factor like this that would definitely determine if military coup happen in Nigeria or not, because the Nigeria military are the protector and defender of the 1999 constitution which gave way for democracy in the 1999 election.
Nigerian will know if the judiciary is working for the Democratic process or working for the interest of a political party

Third according to manipulated results,a candidate that couldn't get 25percent in FCT can never win a free and fair election

The biggest bully of the Judiciary is a man threatening chaos if the court removed him from the office. I don't know why you dafts are calling out Obidients up and down.
