Does First Bank USSD *894# Now Require ATM PIN? by Afamsi: 1:32pm On Sep 05, 2023
I don't get it, earlier this morning I wanted to transfer some money to my wife #16000 precisely using my First Bank Account. After entering the USSD Code and going through the processes and entering my 5 digit pin, instead of them transfering the money they were asking me to enter my ATM PIN. This is strange to me, have never had that experience hence I thought I should ask you guys if it is the new norm or they just want to scam me. Pls your respons is important

that is for security reasons...if someone knew your 5 digit pin then is not necessary to knew your pin number, that's why dey make it 5 digit sef not four( 4) as atm pin...

if you escape one u have to provide for the other for your own good..

all these are for transactions above 20k only to avoid stories that touch..
