A wise man once suggested that’s starting a new venture is a gamble and once you are starting a new business you are trading your sanity, money, time and relationships for potential wealth. It always seem like a good bargain if this potentials are eventually harnessed, but for the 99% that don’t get it right, what is your gain?

Putting little or so much money on a betting platform to make so much money seems like a good bargain if you are part of the 1% that goes on to win an exciting price within few hours, without really doing anything than staking few bucks, but what happens to those 99% of losers, dedicated day and night to find the right odds, the right timing, the right team only to keep losing, what is your gain?

Having someone to love and cherish sounds sweet, especially if the feeling is mutual and ends in a blissful marriage, with lovely kids and a beautiful family. This sounds exactly like everyone lives goal till we fall in that huge percentage of people that really never finds love despite how much love we give and how hard we try. Then what is your gain for trying?

It get worse when you decide to fall into the Ecosystem of uncertainty called “Tech”, despite how unpredictable and uncertain life is already. Creating tech solutions for various problems you perceive in your country, trading your 9-5, health, money, time and even relationships only to fall flat in failure any time you try. You are just so stuck and you just know you have to keep trying even when it looks like within your peers, you are taking 3 step backs yearly despite how hard you try to make a nationally accepted solution. Bruh, what’s your gain for trying?

We often wonder, "What's our reward here?" What's the return on our love, effort, righteousness, knowledge, and constant learning and unlearning?

I realized we’ve been treating life like a transaction, expecting specific rewards for each effort. But life doesn't work that way. It often gives unexpected rewards like lessons and experiences. Jessie Rittenhouse's poem sums it up: we bargain for a penny, ignoring the true value life offers. Embrace uncertainty, redeem unexpected rewards, and increase your bargaining power in life and tech.
