As an African in diaspora, I feel both happy and sad to hear this.

Africa ought to be a dreamland with its rich resources, but it fell prey to Western Colonizers and till date, it remains a continent balkanized along colonial borders, with majority of its leaders being dumb Western puppets who prefer to keep developing Europe and the USA with their continent's resources, while keeping their citizens poor.

Unfortunately a lot of Africans have fallen victims to Stockholm syndromes due to them being used to only a life of poverty all their life. Bad roads, poor health care, non existing electricity have all become normal to Africans.

Anyways thank you PM Modi, thank you India, Russia, China, Japan and the other countries that accepted the inclusion of AU.
