Having watch the recorded video of the above Zoom Meeting and checking on the website including the engagement in the thread of above post, I observed the following :

1. The company does not have a physical address.
2. They didn’t enable video of the 2 speakers and the moderator during the Zoom meeting. Why are they hiding the faces by disabling video during the Zoom meeting?
3. The company claims that their CEO name is Chukwuemeka Ndukwe, but do provide the verified Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn account?
4. A search on the CEO name on LinkedIn shows a profile without a picture, with last update work experience with KPMG, there is no information on connection with H28 Homes.
5. During the Zoom meeting they showcase a website homes.h28.io and website to choose preferred homes to buy. A check shows that the post was made years back and contains only 3 pictures of homes for sale and they are claiming they can process for hundreds of registered members.

That is a very big red flag, if you asked me.

You can not be operating financial related businesses and your company, the CEO, and staff are all anonymous. Only fraudsters do such.

Again, how will you do a zoom meeting and you the moderator, the CEO that did the work through, and the lawyer that spoke do not enable video, all you zooms are behind the camera? Why hiding your physical identity if you are not a fraud?

You are even showcasing advertised homes posted years back in your Zoom meeting.

You guys are fraudsters.

I can safely conclude they are fraudster and Nigerians should be aware they are.
