I have made several posts about this sacred Sound here...I will keep doing this for here in Nairaland was where I made this discovery which was dismissed by the intelligent and the 'Godly'. It is indeed very easy for the 'mindful' and "Godly" to to not see truth, for it occurs to be too simple to be true as the saying goes.

Here is a story you can take to heart or dismiss. It's culled from the book 'Soulfullness' by Tosin James:

"Sometime in 2014, I had met Tina (not her real name). She was a natural skeptic about the authenticity of sacred words.

"I don't believe in it, she said rather bluntly. If I don't believe in it, it cant work for me" she rationalized."

Though Tina was skeptical, she still wanted to know more.

"I can give you a demonstration, I will sing it for five minutes. You can just listen with your eyes open or shut".

"She agreed. I closed my eyes while she sat besides me, holding on to her skepticism.

After a few a few minutes, she shut her eyes but did not sing along.

When I was done, she looked at me and asked "What really is this HU"?

"it is the name of God as I said, it is the Wind from Heaven, mighty and rushing.

It brings with it the full force of the presence of spirit" "

" She was silent for a while; then she said "I didn't even sing it, but I saw things"

"That's nice, things like what?"

Tina sees the future:

"I was on the road, there was a bike. I said something to the rider but I can't remember , it was so vivid" "

" That's quite nice, you were in the spirit and probably shown a future event"

Soon other issues overtook our attention. About half an hour later, I saw her off to get a taxi. But she saw a commercial bike and said she preferred it to a taxi. Stopping the bike, I watched and listened closely.

She began an unusual conversation with the bike man, asking if he knows a particular direction different from his usual route.


Then she brought out some money from her purse, next she was asking him for change"

"Does this look or sound familiar, your spiritual encounter with the bike man?"

She thought for a second and nodded "Somehow", she said cautiously."

" The had been given a prophetic experience that was in the future but an hour away. Her skepticism did not eat off just because of this.

She still did not believe in the power of the word, but spirit was not done with her"

" Before we met, she was a regular at the monthly deliverance service held in her church.

She was regular because after deliverance, the demons return with renewed force. The attacks left her fearful of going to bed or sleeping at night. Her nights where sleepless; she stays up playing worship song s and praying for hours.

This left her tired and sleepy in the day"

"If you call the true name of God, it will set you free"

" I don't believe in it, so it can't work for me" she repeated stubbornly.

"After that, I never spoke of it again, until one night she called my cellphone around 4:30am.

She said she just has a remarkable experience in the dreamland. As usual the demonic powers has surrounded and chained her ready for the kill.

She shouted and chanted the holy words she knew. But it was all in vain."

When she was about to loose the battle, she became aware of a sacred presence. It was one of the Guardian Angels I am very familiar with: A tall slim man with a head full of snow-white hair and long white beard.

His skin is the color of middle-eastern people. Usually he does not say much, bit his eyes has power to set free anyone who stares into them.

"Sing HU" he commanded in a soft but firm voice. "

"She would have protested, but after chanting all the names and tongues she knew and believed in, yet the demons where about snuffing life out of her.

Tina left with no choice, sang the sacred word. What followed was miraculous. The demonic men and women were first startled before catching fire and exploding into oblivion.

She was shocked that something she did not believe in could work, in such a miraculous way too."

"This experience did not make Tina develop a waking life belief in the word, but she never stopped singing it in the spirit world.

We may look at Tina as unnecessarily skeptical. But most of us would not readily give up our old ways for new ones no matter how life-changing.

Tina's trepidation stemmed from attachment to comfort zone. But when the familiar zone is no longer comfortable, we should be wise enough to give up loyalty to what had stopped working."

" "HU-man" she always hails whenever she talked to me on phone or bumped into me.

"That's me" I will reply. " Anytime you say "HU-man" you are affirming the God-ness in yourself and others"

The saints and the Guardian Angels are at hand to offer a helping hand, but we must make the effort.

They have absolute respect for our right to express our will. They will not intrude unless we call on God for help after exhausting our arsenal of pride and power"

" At night, sit in a chair or lie on your back and sing any of the sacred words.

Fifteen minutes should be enough. Afterwards, remain silent while watching the spiritual eye (the pineal gland area) and listen to the inner sounds..."

Before then, fill your heart with all the sweetness or love you can muster. A trick is to think back at a moment with a loved one.

Then sing HU (pronounced "Hue") in a long drawn-out manner like HUuuuuuuuu with a long breath and repeat in another language long breath sweetly


Some people don't sing the HU, the think of it. Another set juts fill their heat with all the sweetness or love they can muster and go to bed merry and in love. Dreams and visions become clearer when this happens.

Love is the Key that unlocks the heavens and nothing else.
