Please I have an issue which I don't know how to solve till now.
A year ago, someone sent a package to me through GIG Logistics with the tracking code but I had a very terrible accident a day after.

My phone and every details of the package were gone with the accident.

Now I don't know what next to do to recover the package and to make the matter worse,the person that sent that package to me has left the country.
Please how do I go about getting my package back?

Hello, Sorry about your ordeal but your best bet is to find a way to contact the sender for the details.
I believe you made payment to his account for the waybill, you can search the account holder name on social media.
You can get the account holder name from your bank statement or bank app.
You can also try to go to the gigs location you were to pick up from, and give then the date you were meant to pick up, they will have logs of the items that came I. That day, just give them the location it was sent from.

Thanks for the advice, I will be at the pick up office tomorrow. I contacted their Customer care and this exactly is one of the 2 options given to me.
