What Percentage Commission Do I Accept by sync(f): 3:54pm On Sep 12, 2023
Good day Nairalanders
I just got an offer for a remote job
I will be paid monthly for my data but the rest of the salary shall be based on commission on the number of clients I bring in
Now I have been asked to make an offer on how I want to be paid this commission per client, I’m confused on what to say as I have never worked and paid on commission before.
Pls what do suggest I say
NB: The job is a remote job for a recruitment agency where I have to contact care homes who may be in need of workers and then care workers are sent to them
Thank you

No comment since the niche/nature of the RJ isn't clearly stated... Waiting patiently for others to comment..

It’s a recruitment agency to sort for clients for care jobs
How much is their least charge and are you been paid in naira/other currency?
If in naira go for a 15-20% commission but if in other currency then go for 12-15%.

Wittyness
