The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has issued a warning stating that 13 states and 50 communities, primarily located in the northern region, are likely to experience heavy rainfall, which may lead to flooding between September 13 and 17. The announcement was made by Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye, the Lagos Territorial Coordinator of NEMA.
