Former Nigerian leader Olusegun Obasanjo committed unprecedented taboo against Yoruba monarchs in Iseyin on Friday. He needs to apologise to the institution of Obaship. https://twitter.com/aonanuga1956/status/1703045945552773166

In the US, dem no born any confused citizen well to insult Jimmy Carter, not to talk of Ronald Reagan. But here in Naija, because of Chinese yen and Russian Rouble, people will say all sort of things against a two time ruler of Nigeria. It's okay. The boot and the koboko is coming soon. Some people go cry wehn tire. Your father is celebrating his diamond jubilee, you are outside in the rain, dancing and throwing mud on yourself because a stranger is throwing cowries in the air. 3 Likes |

When I saw Baba at the event, I knew the event will make headlines but I never knew it would be for such a very controversial one. He spoke so so well that this aspect of the event discolored every great and wise things he said. It's so sad and unprecedented. |

Obasanjo is a NOBLE statesman and is Very Respectful. 🤨🙂 He has bowed to even the 35years old Olu of Warri before.😊🙂 Those Obas likely did something Wrong.😒 Maybe they are Agbadorians, Dat's why.😏 3 Likes |

Imagine Bayo onanuga is telling Obasanjo that he committed a taboo The same Bayo onanuga who was engaging in ethnic cleansing, ethnic profiling, intimidation, killing, maiming, unleashing of thugs and hoodlums, destruction of lives and properties of some people believed to be from a particular ethnic group because of their democratic choice 2 Likes |

Abeg what about the abomination committed by Tinubu when he insulted the SW obas back then? What kind of hypocrisy is this for goodness sake? This is how the wicked Tinubu-led APC maligned not only the office, but the person and family of former president Jonathan but today the bastards are angry when same is dished out to them citing hate against anyone against their evil calling them IPOB. E no go better for devil. Ndi ala. 2 Likes

Same Onanugu that abused Igbos because Tinubu lost Lagos to Peter Obi in the Presidential election. You have no moral standing to tell OBJ to apologize to the Obas when you are guilty of same. Hypocrite 2 Likes 1 Share |
