DEBT RECOVERY OFFICERS

Direct Bridge is a Consumer Lending Company. We specialise in Personal (Salary) Loans, SME/Business Loans.

Ideal candidates will be FIELD AGENTS for the company and must be able to carry out the following;

i. Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer debt information.
ii. Take ownership of debt collection cases.
iii. Visitation of delinquent customers and Guarantors
iv. Follow-up on delinquent customers till debts are completely paid
v. Issue Demand Letters to both customers and guarantors
vi. Ensure collections of overdue payments from delinquent customers after 91 Days
vii. Negotiation of repayment with delinquent customers and guarantors
viii. Weekly/monthly report of collections
ix. Perform skip tracing on absconded customers
x. Escalate, recommend and get management’s sign-off to resolve overdue cases

Skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to prepare simple and concise reports on work activities
• Ability to use social media and other internet services to trace customers who may have absconded
• Use Microsoft Excel/Outlook

Qualifications: Tertiary Level

Work Structure: STRICTLY REMOTE WORK
