The biggest scam of 2023 was Tinubu removing fuel subsidy, making fuel to go UpTo ₦617, then turn around to start paying fuel subsidy for fuel to remain ₦617. #Tinubunomics

Given crude oil prices are rising, and we’re still importing PMS…with the price still stable at the pumps, there’s still subsidy in the equation no doubt!

No it isn't.

NNPC does crude for PMS swap.

They also earn dollars.

And they are the sole importer for now.

So how does the subsidy come in

How do they sell at a loss

The exchange rate is what making looking like that and they are immuned from it since they earn dollars themselves.

Olodo zombidients, extremely dumb and daft bunch of headless mob. NNPCL is a commercial company who can source for funds for fuel importation and sell at its quoted price at its various stations. Indepedent marketers are also at liberty to source to import fuel and thereafter sell at their own margins different from NNPCL's prices. The market is open to everybody to get license, bring in fuel and sell. NNPCL is not subsidizing shiit.
