So a family member got a link to this and apparently it's a scholarship scheme from the USA

I think the modus operandi is that applicants will be a registration fee to apply and the winners will be selected.

I've never heard of this and honestly, I have serious doubts. So I encouraged her not to commit any money until I get some informed opinions

So lemme ask, does anyone of you guys know about this? How legit is it or just another scam program?
