Take whatever information I will be passing out with the speed at which I am available to update this thread. Remember that this for educational purposes.
There will be no point at which I would tell you to use live funds, you are here to simply learn. The best way to learn is to scrutinize and make research yourselves, this will help your learning growth.

I will use a lot of pictures to explain terms as the thread progresses.
Again please take whatever method I choose to teach, I will use my discretion to start from wherever I feel it will benefit you.
Just be open minded about learning.

How to read Candle Sticks
-There are majorly two types of candle sticks
1. Bullish candle sticks and
2. Bearish candle sticks
The green is bullish which indicates the market is in an uptrend or upward movement
(you have often heard people say " I am bullish on bitcoin "). This simply means the person is expecting to see higher prices on btc.
The red is bearish indicating a fall or downward movement in price.
Another term commonly used is LONG and SHORT. Long means you are buying at low prices in anticipation that price would go higher, while short means you are selling anticipating that price would go lower.
I'll drive this home by saying when I am bullish, I would want to be buying and when I am bearish I would be selling the market

UPTREND (Bullish market)
In an uptrend price is forming swing highs; it is forming higher highs and higher lows (I will break down these concepts as we progress).
From the pictures attached, we can see price is moving upward heavily, somebody might point out that there are red candles in the uptrend.
You are absolutely right, but the main trend is upward with green candles.

This is a perfect example of a bullish market.

DOWNTREND( Bearish market)
If you are following you should have gotten the gist and pictured what being bearish would look like, I have attached pictures for better understanding.
A downtrend would have swings of lower highs and lower lows, as a trader you would be looking to sell short. As previously explained you are anticipating the prices to go lower.
Again there are green candles in this trend but the strong trend is that price wants to go lower.

I want you to take a look at the second picture, you will realize the market was in a downward movement and then became bullish.
watch up more video tutorials on Youtube for better understanding. I will still touch this topic for better understanding.

I'm sorry I've been away, been heavily invested on learning.

We are all students of the market. I will make effort to update the thread on what I've been doing and things you can learn.

This is a trade I took on GBPUSD today

This is kind of advanced, I started out as a support and resistance trader before I found ICT concepts.

I've not incorporated anything to this strategy.

I simply scale down from the daily-4hr-1hr-15m timeframe.

Then I take my entries on 5,3 or 1 min

I'm flexible on bias, sometimes I counter trade and sometimes I'm looking for my setup to align with the trend ( remember our bullish and bearing trends).

What do I look for in my setup?

1. On the daily I'm outlining previous day high and low. Looking for fvg( fair value gaps)that has not been filled.

2. Same thing on the 4hrs, this is where I particularly anticipate a run above bsl(buy side liquidity) or ssl (sell side liquidity)

3. I'm also looking out for highs and lows on the 1hr that price could use as liquidity

4. Once price sweeps liquidity bsl or ssl, I'm looking for a mss( market structure shift).
And then identify a fvg for entry.

5. Before point 4 I'm usually on the 15m chart watching what price wants to do.

I make entries on the lower timeframes.

I know the Grammer is plenty, as time passes I'll be clearing them up.

Don't mind that I customised my candle stick colors, I don't just like the red and green.

My own green candles are ash
While the red candles are black

This is what we will be covering (pics will be attached for illustration where necessary).

Creating an account with Binance is easy, its just like opening a facebook account.
You can choose your preferred method of registration, just make sure you don`t forget your details.
You can use the site or download the app from the app store for registration.
Ensure your details are accurate because you will do kyc (know your customer) before you get verified.

Make sure you type the right url

Once you are done with registration, you can get verified using NIN, DRIVER`S LICENSE or BVN.
You will then do a liveness check on the app to verify your identity, your application will then be pending until it is fully verified.

All this should take not up to 30 mins if you do it right.

When you become verified

Select Experienced user (don`t be scared).
The second pic; select that icon on the top left corner of your screen.
The third pic requires action to get verified, you can do that once you tap on it.

It will be on pending once you have provided all info and then verified if everything checks out.
