I got a job offer from an organization as a Sales Manager and I resumed work on the 1st of August (Last month). Only to get to my office this week Monday (18 September) and I was served a termination letter that I was not able to meet my target for the first month.

The contract states that the first 3 months is a probationary period and either party can terminate with 1 month notice or 1 month salary in lieu of notice.
Now I am requesting that the organization should pay me for the 2 weeks I worked in this month and the 1 month salary in lieu as the termination was effective immediately, but they company is saying they won't pay me the 1 month salary in lieu, that they will only pay the 2 weeks I worked in this month.

Please I need advice on what to do in this situation.

Please what do I do as my wife just put to bed last week Wednesday.

Take the money and move on. Na naija be dis, you can't do sh!t.

Fight your case o... they either pay you or retain you and do the needful.

Sue the company because they have breached the work contract. Employers in Nigeria are very worst. Even the salary they pay these employees is peanut. Shame!
