Nigerians In Diaspora, How Do You Manage Financial Pressure From Home. by MatrixCircle: 3:11pm On Sep 23, 2023
Many Nigerians living in the UK, US , EU , Canada, Australia etc have this same complaints of so many people back home begging for financial help due to economic hardship. Some even complain of having up to 40 calls and messages for financial assistance basically on issues such as help for payment of hospital bills, children school fees, house rents , funerals and weddings just to name a few.
Even students schooling overseas also face same pressure from people back home.

How should people manage these things when they also have lots of bills to pay ?? cool

A tree can not make a forest. I don't believe in giving people fish, I rather put them in position to fish for themselves. If you are a little well to do, try to raise people around you especially those who look up to you from various families. If possible pick just one person from each family and raise to stand and make money too, that way the pressure will reduce from you.
Peace!

Do you know that with less than 2 mili...that we can obtain a Kuwaiti working Visa for you... and land you a job in Kuwait that pays more than 300k monthly...with feeding allowances...free accommodation and free transportation to and fro work.
Of course, Kuwait is one of the richest countries in the world...so rich in fact that one Kuwaiti dinar currently equals a whooping 2510 naira!
Mind you..you won't pay us a dime until your visa is out...and it won't take us more than a month to obtain the Visa for you.
Our agency's name is Krisjean Resources Limited. We have an office at 22 ogun close, Ojo, Lagos. We even have a website...our boss is based in Kuwait already...and you will even see him in pictures welcoming our clients in Kuwaiti Airports. Once they land in Kuwait.
All these to tell you that we're genuine!

Just pray not to have STINGY family members.

Whether in Nigeria or Abroad.

That's all.

A Stingy person will always be stingy nomatter where he or she finds himself.
Same way,
A Giver will always be a giver irrespective of where and the situation he or she finds himself.

When people ask u for money, give what won't give you problems.

For example, if somebody ask u for 500 Naira, giving 50 naira and say thats what u have.

It is better than not giving anything atall.

Some days ago, a man I know met me in the night. He stopped me to beg me for money.

I gave him my last 1K.

And I was really broke then.

But I put my self in his situation becos I know what it is to lack especially in this hard times.

I had 2 Uncle's (who are my mum's brothers) in USA.

One has been there now going to 40 years. (The first son)

The other has been there going to 30 years (The last son).

They were not sending money to us.

The first son is the worst. His hand is gummed. He no dey give shishi. I think he has given us money just once.

The last son com follow. That one did not even call us for over 10 years sef. He just focus on his wife and kid.

He sent money to us only twice.

Now this last son is currently in our house. He fell sick abroad and the first son had to bring him back to Nigeria. His wife divorced him and took the kid.

Now, we are still the ones taking care of him. We have been taking care of him since January this year.

I had to quarrel with my mum about it last week sef becos Its emotionally draining.

Taking care of a grown sick man is very hard.

I told her what I'm doing for this her brother who is sick, if it is someone else, he won't even care.

Family is everything.

If you like forget your family.

You think abroad is your family abi?

No problem.

Una eye go open onrday.
