Adama Joseph Adama's Interview With Dounia by GENIUSMKT(m): 11:36pm On Sep 24, 2023
1. Introduce yourself, your background, your story?

My name is Adama Joseph Adama. I'm from a royal family in a predominantly peasant farming Benue State, Nigeria. I'm the first child of a 6 siblings family. I'm a trained Human Resources Manager and I have two MBAs from University of Chichester UK and Swiss School of Business Research, Switzerland. I'm presently a PhD Candidate with the Swiss School of Business Research, Switzerland.
I'm passionate about using technology to solve food security issues in Nigeria and Africa. I started Farm4Me in 2019 with less than $100.

2.Introduce us to the Farm4me concept?

Farm4Me started out of a simple concept if connecting middle class, working class Nigerians with small holder farmers to fund and earn money from farming and at the same time helping the peasant farmers to overcome poverty using technology.

We built a web app and mobile app to onboard crowd funding working class and use the capital to engage small holder farmers in crop production.

The idea picked and the company grew. We signed up over 26, 000 registered users within 2years. So basically Farm4Me is an agritech company that crowd fund capital and make profits for the investors. And also lift small holder farmers out of poverty. We offer other services like farm equipment rentals, farm inputs supplies and agrocommodity sourcing and trading.

3. In concrete terms, how does it work?

Farm4Me works in three simple steps.

Step 1:
A new user signs up on our website or mobile app and become a registered member.

Step 2:
The user selects the crop(s) and the number of hectares to invest. Goes ahead to pay online and complete the investment process.

Step 3:
Farm4Me Agriculture Ltd aggregates the funds and use it to farm at scale leasing and paying these small holder farmers for their land and labour. We even give them darn inputs as loans and get repaid with farm produce at harvest in our outgrowers scheme. We store these produce for three to four months and sell at appreciable profits.

Step 4:
The money is invested and after 6 months, we credit the wallet of the investor with his capital and return on investment.

The User can choose to reinvest the money or take away her capital and profits. Most times, they reinvest their funds.

4.What is the objective and has it been achieved? What is the impact of your solution?

The Objectives of Farm4Me:
1. To reduce poverty and unemployment in Africa by engaging Youths and Women in large scale farming.
2.To democratize wealth mong working adults in Africa.
3.To uplift Africa from peasant farming to a sustainable modern farming.
4.To achieve food security as a major sustainable development goal.
5.To mechanize Agriculture in Nigeria and Africa.
6.To make Africa a food export destination to the whole world.
7.To create lasting wealth for our Investors and Partners.

What We have Achieved So Far? Our Impact Score.

1. We have empowered over 20, 000 small holder farmers so far with our outgrowers scheme.

2.We have delivered sustainable returns to our investors for 2 consecutive years.

3.We have created over 20, 000 jobs for rural women and Youths through our crop production and produce sourcing activities.

4.We create direct jobs for over 100 full time staff of our company.

5.We have engaged cumulatively over 5000 hectares of arable farmlands in Nigeria.

6.We have trained over 20, 000 small holder farmers in our Agricultural extension services in Nigeria.

7.We have brought government's attention to agriculture as a sector in terms of reform policies.

8.We are the leading agritech company in Nigeria that have deployed robust fintech solutions to agriculture.

9.We have on the aggregate over 74, 000 registered users across our platforms.

10.We did this without venture funding or private equity investments.

Our Challenges

Every innovation comes with its attendant challenges. Our digital wallet has been hacked several times and huge funds stolen by hackers. That affected our payment obligation to our investors and affected our liquidity. We are still paying debts till date. Some of these investors took to social media and news outlets to run smear campaigns against us. Some tagged me as a Scammer or Fraudster but I'm not and will never be. I'm resilient and resolute in pursuit of my vision.

Our commitment is to pay the remaining debts and steer the ship of our company until Nigeria and Africa attain food security.

God punish will you and your entire generation adama Joseph.

Tell me those among who you are owing that you have paid and I will you expose you this fucking lying son of Lucifer.

You this fucking bastard. I am going to expose you wherever you go. The blood of those who have died among who you are owing and never refunded back them will forever be upon you and your family.

@Everyone. The person behind this moniker (GeniusMKT) is Joseph Adama himself. He is masquerading himself as both the interviewer and interviewee. He is nothing but a thief who is still owing all investors across his 3 platforms till date. So, pls don't fall for any of his gimmicks.

Here is a petition filed against him for the money he is owing all investors till date - https://www.change.org/p/adama-j-adama-farm4me-pay-defaulted-investor-s-funds
