My account is verified, they just told me that my account is under investigation by the risk department and there is no time frame for when it will be over.Pls do u have an account with them?

I once had an account with them. Even though my account was restricted. Could only stake max #100. I was allowed to withdraw my funds.

I didn't have any issue with withdrawal. Sadly account is under investigation, is one of the DDDs (Delay, Duscourage, Don't inform)) strategy bookies used to frustrate customers. Here is what I would recommend. Go on the bookie's social media pages. Check if the pages are active, and state your issues there. Keep pestering them with your issues on these pages. From my experience, bookies tend to respond quickly to issues raised using their social media pages.
