Job Title: Arrivals/Finished Goods Officer
Location: Ikotun, Lagos State
Salary: N90,000 net

Summary:
We are seeking a Finished Goods Officer to perform the function of processing orders, organizing the dispatch and delivery of finished goods and ensuring that finished goods are stored safely.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain physical inventories of products.
• Assist workers to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Compare the physical inventory in the warehouse with the records of inventory on hand.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry and publishing of data for warehouse transactions.
• Ensure that trucks are loaded and unloaded properly with appropriate documentation.
• Ensure all scheduled outbound shipments are delivered on time and accurately.
• Communicate with vendors if there are delays in outbound shipments.
• Ensure that shipments are ready for delivery.
• Keep track of products which are perishable and ensure the oldest products are moved out first.
• Develop strong relationships with truck drivers and delivery services.

Requirements:
• National Diploma or equivalent in Logistics Management, Social Sciences or any other related course
• Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a similar industry
