The current state of the Nigerian Judiciary has raised concerns among business elites and citizens alike, who believe it may be detrimental to the nation. Recent judgments from Nigeria's Judiciary involving cases of certificate forgery among high-ranking officials have led to skepticism and questions from the public. This has prompted people to ask why those responsible for upholding the law appear to be undermining it.

From Abuja to Enugu, Lagos to Ogun, there have been instances where officials and governors facing allegations of certificate forgery are positioning themselves as leaders, while the youth observe these developments. This situation raises important moral questions for the young generation who look up to these individuals as role models.

Regrettably, the Judiciary has faced allegations of favoritism, with some believing that judgments are influenced by financial incentives. This perception has eroded the trust of the people in the integrity of the Nigerian Judiciary. It appears that, in the eyes of many, the current state of the Judiciary in Nigeria has compromised its commitment to good governance and ethical standards.

The fundamental question now is whether citizens still have faith in the Judiciary, given the open challenges and controversies it has faced.
