Please Engineers in the house, My phone (Gionee f11 lite) suddenly stopped working. It is refusing to power on. When plugged in charger it will show only red light and the writings in the pictures below (the writings has been there since I bought it). I took it to different phone repair shops. one said it is battery, another said it is screen problem, another said it needs flashing .I don't know the one to follow . Please help me its just only four months old, I bought it as a Belgium phone, in showcase.

I think that is what I will do. It's just my files in it that is my problem. the phone refused to back them up

The phone's refusal to back up your files should have been an indicator for you to discard that carton long before now.

Lol with which money will I use to buy another one?? No money oo that's why I want to repair this one first.
