About the Summit;
An enabling society for the young must be created by critical stakeholders of our time, and this cannot be done without the help of young people who have a strong desire to succeed. Hence the emergence of the Southwest Youth Summit.

The Southwest Youth Summit is a vision birthed by the urgent need for the emancipation of ideas driven by the teeming youths of the Southwest region of Nigeria for Socio-economic prosperity.
Through this platform, we have created an avenue for young people to accomplish the following:
Promote peace in the Southwest region of Nigeria; Equip youths with knowledge to build a sustainable society; Mentor young minds to achieving greatness, among others.

The Maiden Edition was held in January 2023 at Ibadan Civic Center with the theme, Beyond this Moment with major focus on Leadership and Mentorship having Shina Peller as the Guest Speaker, and other Stakeholders and Youths across the Southwest States in Attendance.

It is with utmost humility and pleasure that we extend our Invitation to be a part of this forthcoming Edition as we focus majorly on Tourism, Innovation and Collaboration towards the Sustainability of our region.
