How do you make your customers feel important?

1- Greet them nicely when they reach out to you. Wear a nice and welcoming smile.

2- Gently explain and show them the items that they have.

3- Be very patient and nice even if they ask you about 100 products.

4- If they make purchase, please show gratitude. Say thank you!

5- If they don't make purchase after stressing you, still say thank you! Because that could be a potential customer on a day you least expect.

6- Sometimes, like this Christmas season that is coming, save up and buy cheap but nice gifts for them. This makes them feel appreciated.

7- Don't lie to your customers about a quality of a product. If it is a fake, tell them. If it is original, please tell them. Or you'll ruin your reputation.

8- Please always pray for the wellbeing of your customers. If e good for a good customer, e go God for you!

9- Encourage them playfully and nicely to recommend you to their friends and family.
