Your "joy" was all a figment of your imagination. You mind is no longer able to continue fueling the delusion is why it feels like it is dying and that this idea of yours, "Christianity is fasting changing" changing to blame.

Look, Christianity has always had its foundations in exactly the same set of doctrines from its beginnings and men have always been hypocritical when it comes to abiding by even the doctrines and traditions that make up the foundation of their blend of the Christianity juice. So, this notion you have that Christianity is somehow changing resides only in your mind.

As for doctrines you find problematic, well, again, ALL of the doctrines and traditions of the religion were created by men by bending Scripture to suit their particular notion. So, it doesn't matter whether you are comfortable with some doctrines and not others when ALL of them are of men. It is all the same at the end of the day.
