2. Correctly identify the distractions in your life, like your phone, video games, and things like that.

3. Then when you start studying, keep your phone / digital devices away from you or keep the notifications turned off. However, if you are using your phone to study, kindly put it on airplane mode.

4. Set up specific times when you will not receive any calls, check any messages or let anyone enter your space.
