The problem with Nigeria is that the masses are not evolving politically at the same time. Hausas believe that having one of their own in power is tantamount to being in power. Yorubas did not only believe in that but equally believe in 'chop I chop', a scenario whereby government officials loot and allow others to loot. Forgot about their childish propaganda. The main issue is that Yorubas and Hausa/fulani see Nigeria as an enterprise they must collaborate to exploit ruthlessly. These same people supported Buhari despite knowing he had nothing to offer. Now, most fulani & Hausas see it as their own turn to support Tinubu, even though he is useless. 90% of Obidients are from SS, SE and the rest Christians from SW and MB. Even Atiku is not getting much support because Hausas and Fulanis including Yoruba Muslims all see it as their duty to support Tinubu even if he is destroying Nigeria. That is why Tinubu and his supporters are always afraid to attack Atiku. Because they fear it could snowball into Yoruba vs Fulani fight. They always deflect everything against Obi or Igbos even when it has nothing to do with them. For any president to lose or be removed, two major ethnic groups in Nigeria must come together. Yorubas teamed up with Fulani and Hausas to remove Jonathan. If Tinubu must be removed, then Igbos and Hausa/Fulanis need to team up too.
