Weather forecasts may not always be perfectly accurate due to the complexity of the atmosphere, limited data,(machine learning guys will know this), chaos theory, model uncertainty, time horizon, local variability, extreme events, and incomplete understanding of atmospheric processes.
It may only be accurate if the atmosphere features is almost certain that is the probability is almost one .

I don't, but that's a nice thing to do.
I usually have the next day routine on my head and plan it well. Work with clock, have a plan B incase of unforseen circumstances.

I sometimes check for weather forecast to prepare my mind on what to expect.
I always check when am traveling to another state or town to kwn about the weather I will encouter there.

AccuWeather used to at least untill recent months,it would confirm the probable minutes before rain would start abd when is would likely end .

I check spiritual forecast, I go wherever God says I should head to irrespective of what the weather forecast says. He the Lord is the Lord of the nature.

LOL I used to do this a whole lot when I was living outside the chores of Nigeria. Since I came back I barely give a f. LOL. So funny how we do things like it’s supposed to be outside and care less when we are home. Last time from Dominos to my house which is not even that far, rain almost kee me for road only to get home and check my phone then saw the rain prediction. Ko funny sha.

While I was in the east, I did.
I even bought an Umbrella, just incase rain catches me outside.

But, on the average,
Most Nigerians don't. We always have a way of surviving in the midst of downpours or sunny day.

Yes, the weather app on my iPhone is about 70% accurate and makes me plan ahead of time

To read it accurately only look at the temperature, the lower it is the more likely that it will rain
