Why should anyone go to Oxford or Cambridge to verify a certificate you never claim to own? You presented a school certificate to INEC, remember?

You're wrong. Two different comparisons.

Atiku didn't need his certificate for verification in private capacity. He needs it on behalf of Nigerians Tinubu rules. So,what's hard to make it available for Nigerian public doubting the authenticity?
