The Supreme Court of Nigeria won't look at any new evidence. They will go through the evidences that were tendered at the tribunal and give judgement base on that.

Point of correction ..they said the cannot confirm that certificate ...assuming they confirmed it plus other records atiku asked from them ...atiku eoukdnt ve gone this far . Even if supreme court decides not to entertain new evidence ...that would t stop those document from.being used against tinubu if he decide to go a second term . At every point those documents are relevant..I know supreme court has powers to entertain new evidence ...that's why they are supreme court .

The reason why some to.go to court is to establish certain things . For instance if tinubu document are not released ...it means many politicians will be presenting fake results or forged results ...and when you write the school to demand for it...they owner will start behaving like tinubu ...In this case nobody has right to question any certificate...Thsts the danger of supreme court not entertaining such issue if found to be true .

All that matters most is that Tinubu attended and graduated from CSU which they have attested to time and again
