GENOTYPE is constant. You are born with it and scientifically. It cannot change. Although with some environmental factors and mutations, things may happen. But its a CHANCE. No be must.

And with a long term research. I have also learnt but haven't seen yet THAT 2 INDIVIDUALS WITH AA GENOTYPE CAN HAVE A CHILD with AS.

Nature just dey use us play, dey use us do experiment anyhow e like

Thats why its important to carry out both paternity n maternity test if ur child has a blood type different from u and ur partner.

U'll be surprised to see a child having a different body structure x attitude of both parents. And upon doing maternity n paternity test, such child passes the test. Meaning. He or she must have developed an attitude one or both parents been dey hide. Esp some sadistic or gentle traits, some might be height too..

It is possible cause I was born AS..but the last time I did a full check up it came out as AA..I will have a third party check up again.

IF YOU are AA, that's how u remain.

That condition of how it may change. Scratch that.

Do ur test again.. Dnt tell them your stories of how it changes. Just visit any hospital you dnt have a record with. Tell them you came for GENOTYPE test.

The lab attendant/scientist is crap.
Go to another lab

Check for a lab where they can run High Performance Liquid Chromatography check for her Hb genotype.

It will make sense to you why the nat guy up there said it’s impossible.

Some labs are not to be trusted, I did my Hb Genotype yesterday and the result came out as AA whereas the first test from another lab came out as SS which I'm very sure is the one with an error.

Is it possible to be an SS and not be a Sickler? because growing up, I rarely visit the hospital.

Human errors happen all the time, its always best to repeat genotype test in 2-3 standard labs before making conclusion.
It is plain wicked to bring children into this world just to suffer pain and sickness everyday because of selfishness in the name of stupid love.

Yes, I'm still planning to do it atleast twice in different places. I hope this error is not occurring in DNA Test, that one too risky.

Go and do it in a general hospital.
