The case has no legal basis again since the school has authenticated him as their graduate, it is only the documents he used in getting admission to the sch that can be queried, which is not possible right now, as only the sch can query it because it wasn't presented to Inec or any other authority in Nigeria.
The only case now is morality, that is, Tinubu telling his own history for all to know

is there any dispute before now that he did not graduates from CSU? The onous is that he presented a forge certificate to inec after he misplaced his original. Instead of going back to CSU to reapply for another one he went ahead and forge his own. Secondly there are discrepancies in his secondary school results About his sex and the year he left south west college. Also his age march9 1952 and march 9 1954. 1954 was what he summited to CSU why 1952 was what he summited to inec. All of this is the bone of contention. But my happiness is that it was not what we all thought it was it would have been a total falling hand. At least we can handle this from here.

He also submitted fake university certificate to INEC. He also lied about his age.
More petitions should be written to the CSU and probably the State of Illinois about Tinubu's forgery and identity fraud.
For submitting fake certificate to INEC, Tinubu is obviously not qualified to run for President in Nigeria. If the Supreme Court does not disqualify him, it means that Nigerians are now free to submit fake certificates to INEC for elections.
