Vendors registered with the university and must be exact copy. Vendors would verify record before issuing replacement.

Of course. Tinubu cannot even state the name of vendor that issued replacement certificate for him. Vendors registered with universities can help reissue exact copy of the certificate. CSU application form for replacement is here.
