Did it work after he factory reset? Maybe you need to visit carlcare to have it checked out. Meanwhile, enjoy the best if sound output with the noise cancellation ANC feature on the oraimo freepod 4, it's very much worth it in everyway.

Yes I have but was unable to fix it

This happened to my tecno too. I was not even seeing the finger print option in seeing again.
I was able to fix it by resetting app preferences in reset options.
