Not true sir.the EA says transmit to inec server.only ward collation officers deal with polling unit results sir not lga,state or abuja.collation is done manually,irev or any inec server do not collate results,they simply store polling unit results transmitted.it does not tabulate and calculate

After results are counted and declared at polling units, the hard copies of form EC8A will be transmitted manually to ward collation centers for collation.
