Exactly my point
The collation officer at each level are to use manual according to s60 while the collation officer at the final level is to use the electronic one to confirm the one collated from other levels

Lol.did the law state that collation is electronic at any point? How do you expect inec chair to compare state by state results with polling unit results? Are you forgetting that results transmitted are unit results and not collated results?

On what grounds exactly
Jokes and partisanship apart
Are you saying APC won Nasarawa

Apc won nasarawa sir jokes apart.if apc could not rig zamfara,is it nasarawa they would rig? The governor and deputy lost their lgas to tell you how credible the polls was.the mistake they made was to inflate Lafia votes when they just needed 5000 to win.

You claimed they inflated lafia votes but still say they didn't rig. How does that make you look?
What about the wards the retuning officers rejected that the tribunal just accepted and added to the total votes?
How about PUs that were cancelled but still added to final results?
APC lost Nasarawa guber
It is clear as day

Are you cornfused? Who ever mentioned electronic collation? Go and read 64 very well. The collation of returning officer is to use the results transmitted directly from PUs to check results in case of discrepancies.

You are obviously the one confused.ask yourself how an lga or state collation officer will use polling unit results for comparison or check discrepancies? Does commonsense not dawn on you that only the ward collation officer can use unit results for comparison while the lga uses ward results and state officer uses lga? What is so hard to grasp here? It is obvious you have never experienced inec collation process

Now you're relying on probabilities
We'll wait and see
But I'm dead sure nothing can change this judgement with the evidence on ground

Is that what the EA says?
The EA is taking cognisance of the existence of direct transmission which the state collation officer can use to verify in case of discrepancies. That's what EA says

The court has empowers INEC to decide what means of transmission to use so one one can check them this is crazy

Not true sir.the EA says transmit to inec server.only ward collation officers deal with polling unit results sir not lga, state or abuja.collation is done manually, irev or any inec server do not collate results, they simply store polling unit results transmitted.it does not tabulate and calculate

Is BVAS a collation machine? Why are you guys so ignorant like this? BVAS is an accreditation machine. It will be used for accreditation the same way it was used during the last general election. After results are counted and declared at polling units, the hard copies of form EC8A will be transmitted manually to ward collation centers for collation.
Oga no vex.
