Just wait after the supreme court judgement, and see what jagaban will do to them if they talk again.

What buhari did to sowore in 2019 will be snippet

Everything the opposition said about the cert was all lies, as an orator and writer, you should it yourself and not allow some influencers manipulate you
And yes, anybody that defames should be arrested and detained

I read this your response with puckered disbelief!

Looks to me like I must have erroneously formed an undeserved impression of your person from when I first made your acquaintance on nairaland sports threads.

You seem very bent on your convictions, hence the futility of whatever measured efforts I must have considered putting into convincing you otherwise.

Mehn!

Answer this question truthfully

If I lied on your person, damage your image, what will you do or rather if a girl accuse you wrongly of rape, what will you do?

If I am being honest with you, the Topic he created is looking more like clickbait... The dissonance between it and what he finally posited is beyond distasteful.

Maybe we need to start educating these APC supporters about what DEMOCRACY truly means and entails... Cos, this consistent public display of ignorance by supposedly educated people is more than mildly shocking... It actually borders on Unthinkable.

Ironically, these are the very same people who get overly offended whenever a member of the opposition or a disgruntled citizen suggests a Military takeover, yet such comments make people wonder if this is not a dictatorship poorly disguised as a democracy.

It's funny cos Tinubu hasn't even received half of what he, Buhari, Soyinka, and APC put GEJ through for 6 good years... Maybe selective amnesia is a real thing after all.

I'm sincerely gobsmacked to the point the words are even failing me.

Selective amnesia is indeed a thing, like you rightly opined.

we are in a democracy, there is a limit you can go in putting the opposition behind bars, which is in contrast with the oath of office and tenets of democracy.

The President has done very well in ignoring them, his lawyers, CSU had done the talking for him.

Present a detailed case of the ordeal to the relevant authorities and allow for adequate legal implementation of prescribed corrective measures.

Certainly not seek to use the instrument of state as a tool to "bully, round and lock up" the perpetrators while throwing away the keys, as you shockingly suggested with this thread.

We're supposed to be an enlightened society governed by democratic tenets and ethos, for crying out loud!

Look at what Atiku is doing to him, shaming him like a nobody under his nose, some small children on the internet soiling his reputation without consequences.

Obi will be talking rubbish on him on arisetv and the station is still onair?
Arisetv, gazette etc bullying the commander in chief and Mr president is there doing nothing.

This is not the man we thought we voted, and campaigned for walahi, don't make me hate you mr president, start locking people up and throw the keys away like Buhari did, if not no one will respect your office as the commander in chief

Yes, but democracy doesn't warrant anyone to uncultured/uncut
We all know Atiku is bittered he lost the election, and out of desperation he wants to drag the whole nation down

Locking people up for lying is not dictatorship
the president in a democracy doesn't get to decide who lied or not nor does he get to decide the punishment for lying. That is the job of the courts. What type of country do you guys really want. When the person you voted for loses election, will you still hold all these views?
I went through your posts from 2012, you were very reasonable. Giving balanced perspectives. Until you went full blown APC mode. Now your posts are just filled with venom. So sad

During Buhari's Tenure the gaylord ran to Dubai after election and never returned until during the primaries

Atiku has no base and support, he believes in buying everything including loyalty

And who decides if someone forged his cert or not?

I'm still very balanced on issues, but you can't insult the president, my president, our president and expect me to just seat and watch
The case is in the court, allow the court do it's job......

Tinubu is enjoying it. He was called Ojuyobo as a governor, Oga Agbero and the likes. He loves to use this in distracting his opponents.

The courts decide after evidences are presented. Insulting the president is part of democracy. Locking people up for Insulting the president is another form of government. Do you want another form of government or democracy?

Did CSU claim he Forged the Certificate?

If your brain is working as it should, you should know only CSU cam claim the certificate is forged or not. It's not a nobody like you that will make the claim on Nairaland.

Do you know the certificate was even certified by a staff of the CSU after he got it from a third party? If CSU could certify the certificate and not claim it was forged, who are you to claim the certificate is a forged one?

On what ground are you claiming Asiwaju forged CSU certificate when you are not employed or working for the school, yet, you're saying nonsense from the comfort of your home.

We really need to work on Nigerian educational system because I don't know how it keeps on churning out people like you who can't make use of their common sense.

He is being too soft with people that are desperate in character assassination and spreading fake news like rapid fire.
I guess he doesn’t want to start his tenure with war. But I think he has been patient enough, Tinubu is just so calm and easily forgiving. His thought is that they are still suffering the agony of defeat and he’s giving them time to heal, but unfortunately, these people are permanently damaged and will never heal
