Sadly most people thought that in trading, you need big account to win but what I learned is if you can't manage a small account, you can't manage the big ones as well.
You get discipline from the smaller accounts.
Good account managers will inform you about your account average daily profit target and Max daily loss of which if violated you prevent them access from the account.
Above all you need to watch and monitor their activities maybe by login in using investor's password so as not to interfere with the trading.

A realistic account manager doesn't accept prior payments, but from the profit yield in trading the account.

I prefer management styles base on payments from profit made while trading the account which proves am managing well except the account holder doesn't held up his own end of the deal.
