Afro-Chinese children are better off in Africa. They'd have less economic opportunities in China due to the high competition and huge population. Even children from White men and Chinese women have to compete head-on in China as there's no free lunch. Having a Chinese passport should be a good thing even though it's not really that strong. Thankfully, Chinese dominated regions tend to do well economically compared to some other languages' dominated regions.
