I was reading a book on Network Pentesting and I saw the following sentence

'It has to look official, but official emails land in people's inboxes all
day long, so it's also has to stand out without looking like it's from a Nigerian
prince.'

I was wondering what this phrase could mean and why its in a foreign book so I went immediately to ChatGPT.
