Starting with the news raised about Israel’s intention to force the people of the Gaza Strip to immigrate and settle in the Sinai Peninsula. Reuters news agency quoted an Israeli military spokesman on Tuesday as saying that he was advising Palestinians fleeing strikes on Gaza to head to Egypt. “I would advise anyone who can get out to do so,” Lieutenant Colonel Richard Hecht, the military’s chief spokesman for foreign media, said at a press conference. But Avichay Adraee, another spokesman for the Israeli army, confirmed that there was no official Israeli call to direct the residents of the Gaza Strip towards Egyptian territory.

Lieutenant Colonel Hecht told foreign journalists: “I know that the Rafah crossing (on the border between Gaza and Egypt) is still open... and I advise anyone who can leave to do so.” But his office later issued a statement saying, “Clarification: The Rafah crossing was open yesterday, but is now closed.”

We will remain united in support of Israel and we will provide it with ammunition to strengthen the Iron Dome system."

In the north of the occupied territories, social media users circulated a video of an Israeli vehicle being targeted on the border between Lebanon and Israel by Hezbollah.
