Moreover, limited access to modern technological resources due to irregular power supply limits the potential for innovative research and educational advancements.

As concerned stakeholders, it is our collective responsibility to devise sustainable solutions to overcome this obstacle. I propose the establishment of a dedicated task force comprising university administrators, faculty members, students, and energy experts to explore viable options and implement suitable strategies. This task force should aim to:

4.
