What you can't name should not be allowed to exist in your life; any creature that is expected to live in your life should be labeled (named). When you can't give an appropriate name to what you do, what you will do, and what you won't do, it's quite possible that you will be confused.

One major problem some have is that they can't even label their relationships with others, can't differentiate between classmates and friends, can't differentiate between a friend and someone who likes you.

Whatever activities you will be involved in and you surely won't allow to die, you must be able to label them. Give them a name.
