High price of foodstuffs is one of the reason inflation is so high in Nigeria.

Well you see that is the problem. Economics is quite advanced this days that with the right thinking people in the right places and right statistics to work with, you can project what the effectiveness of any policy will be with some degree of accuracy.

But that's not the case with Nigeria's economic policies and policy makers, it does really seem like they are playing ping pong with the economy.
