I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to provide some feedback and express my disappointment as a longstanding corporate account holder with your bank. Despite being with you for nearly 11 years, I feel that opening an account with you has been a waste of time.

One of the primary reasons for having a corporate account is to leverage the bank's resources and expertise to secure and expand my business. However, I have found that GTBank does not offer any loan facilities that cater to the needs of businesses like mine. However, despite my continued loyalty and substantial financial dealings with your bank, it appears that my potential as a customer has been overlooked or disregarded.

While I understand that profit generation is an essential aspect for any financial institution, it is equally crucial to prioritize the growth and success of your customers, especially those who have been loyal for such a significant period. I had hoped that after so many years with GTBank, I would have witnessed the benefits of our partnership.

I am disappointed and left questioning the value of my long-term relationship with GTBank. I genuinely expected more from a bank of your reputation and caliber. I urge you to review your current approach towards corporate account holders and consider providing them with comprehensive facilities, dedicated loan programs, and full-scale business counseling services.
