I have seen the best of doctors, moreover not living in Nigeria but they checked kidney functioning several times even ultra scan and find nothing everything in perfect order... am in mid 30s though I developed unexpected blood pressure , have been managing it blood pressure drugs but stopped two months ago when am not seeing it effect, I go natural by eating alot of fruits and cutting sugars and my blood pressure return to normal but this pains is something I don't understand .. anytime I eat sugar it returns if I stop my pressure becomes normal , they referred me to cardiologist for further examining anyway thanks I see a doctor again

It might be sleeping habit or method, might be type of work you do, etc.
One african friend had a strange sickness, he was directed to see some different specialists but no solution was found. He said a medical equipment put in his mouth and ran through his intestines, nothing was found.
One time he travelled home, the sickness stopped, but when he returned and started working again the sickness started back.
Hence the type of job was the cause of his sickness.

you are not far from the truth because anytime I didn't go to work I feels Normal but immediately I go back there I start feeling sick, anyway my kind of work is not stressful one , I sit almost all the time press phone, I think lack of mobility might contribution to it, am thinking of visiting home to see if I will see any change... the sickness started when I changed from physical work to non physical work and moreover my work is night and day time I find it very difficult sleeping
