In defence of Tinubu's foregery, acclaimed professor had this to say.

"7. The registrar disavowed the photocopied INEC diploma during deposition because of the absence of the logo of the university at the bottom of the diploma, but even he hinted that it "was possibly 'cut off' when it was photocopied." So, it was actually a conditional disavowal."

This is a big LIE. See attached and note how a cut off would have affected Tinubu's certificate

1. The signatories on the left would not have been affected by photocopy cut off

2. The signatories to the right would have been divided with a portion still showing.

How the certificate was made:

1. First, they obtained someone's diploma from CSU with Chicago State Univerity name and logo

2. They then created their own replica of award "On the recommendation of the ... blah blah blah"

3. Super-imposed their replica on the original diploma

Proof:

As you can see, the CSU logo is not affected by any quick redact review.
Secondly, only items not original to the template could be copied, viz:
- INEC stamp
- Tinubu's created award statement
- Title of the signatory "For the Board of Trustee" on the bottom left and "President" on the far right

However, their mistakes were:

They did not pay attention to:

- Year 1979: The signatories were not the same as those in 1979
- They claimed to have obtained this as a replacement in 1997, but the signatories and those in 1997 were different
- They missed the part that said "For Board of Trustees" and again repeated "Chairman of the Board". The former was forged while the latter came with the original document,
