Nnamdi Kanu Should Not Withdraw His Case From Supreme Court Even If Released by gidgiddy: 11:19am On Oct 15, 2023
The Supreme Court of Nigeria has set December 15th as the date to make a final ruling on the case of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

I dont know about this News that Tinubu will release Nnamdi Kanu soon, but should it happen, Nnamdi Kanu's legal team should insist that the Supreme Court give its ruling. The Federal government government knows that Nnamdi Kanu's case is watertight, there's no way you can go to another country, kidnap a man, break the Nigerian extradition act and other international laws, and expect any sane court to support such illegality

Thats why Nnamdi Kanu was discharged by the courts. Should Tinubu order Nnamdi Kanu's release before December 15th, I dont expect Kanu to grab the bars of DSS cell and refuse to go no where. However, Nnamdi Kanu and his legal team must insist that the Supreme court judgment be delivered on December 15th

OP, you're spot on! Bigoted animals who wouldn't hesitate to murder Mazi Kanu, and indeed all Igbo given half a chance, are now the ones trying to sell a false narrative that 'kind and benevolent' Tinubu will release Mazi Kanu, as they see the supreme court decision approaching and they realise they don't have a legal leg to stand on! A so called 'southern president' has crimnally been in power for more than 4 months, yet didn't think it necessary to withdraw the useless federal gov't case against Mazi kanu all that while....and all of a sudden, his hateful minions now want us to believe he and his mob care enough and want to 'release' the same person Buhari contravened all international laws on rendition of suspects to kidnap from Kenya!? Forget the fools!

Sadly, you're right! However, there's more to this case than just giving another apparant and blatant miscarriage of justice, as we saw in the cases you just cited, and expecting the whole world to carry on as 'normal'! The evil Nigerian state would love nothing more than to see Mazi Kanu murdered, but their hands are tied on this! If it was that easy, they'd have done it when they kidnapped him from Kenya!

I can see that you swines are already creating threads over the release of the bleached monkey in our cage. Okay, that's good, we yorubas are indeed our brothers keeper even tho the so brothers are second to apes and pigs. If you people love Kanu as you claimed then you should start a "house to house" campaign on APC behalf. Deliver imo state on a platter to APC and all shall be well. Praise God.

That's not how it works. You'll get the foreign country where he is resident in to do extradition, then charge him to court.
But once you do extraordinary rendition,
which is illegal, you can't prosecute him because you cannot build something on nothing
