Please I really need help on how to recover flight money from this Green Africa Airline. They shifted a flight and we requested for refund because the date that the flight was shifted to was not favourable. We sent mail and the said they will do a refund after 20 working days. 20 working days has passed since and when you send mail, they reply you an automated mail that your request is with their account department. We went to Twitter only to discover that many people are dragging them for their refund since last year. Please what do we do?

United Nigeria airline is a bigger fraud. The airline operators treat Nigerians with disdain because they get away with it without sanctions.
